Our fee is in alignment with industry standards and is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary covering a comprehensive range of services, including candidate recruiting (tools and technologies), screening, and interview coordination. You receive a dedicated recruiter committed to finding the best talent for your organization.

No, our placement fee is based solely on the final base salary negotiated and does not include commission or bonus.

Our commitment it to work tirelessly until we find the right match for your needs. If we are unable to find a suitable candidate, we will reassess and adjust our approach to ensure your satisfaction.

We advise against working with multiple search firms simultaneously on the same role/same hiring manager. This can create confusion for candidates and may negatively impact your organization’s brand. Our focused approach ensures a more cohesive, consistent and effective search process.

While timelines can vary, our target is to place a non-exempt (hourly) hire within 30 days and exempt (salary) hire within 60 days. Timelines are dependent on position, location, and employer readiness.
