- Application Review: Once you submit an application, our team carefully reviews it to assess how well your qualifications align with what our client is seeking.
- Initial Review: If your profile matches the client’s needs, one of our expert recruiters will reach out to schedule an initial interview. This interview helps both parties determine whether the role is a good fit.
- Client Review: If you and our recruiter believe it’s a great match, we’ll submit your application to the client for further consideration. From here, the client decides whether to move forward with your candidacy.
Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, providing feedback and updates as needed. While we present our best candidates to clients, the final hiring decision rests with the client.
